At Foreverland Forest Research Center, Dr. Mary Slater and her Lab Director Megan have found a way to regenerate the Earth's endangered wildlife.

But evil Professor Rousseau has a plan of his own for the C Zoo. It involves burglary and his laser-powered Anti-Cloud Machine.
